ANDRES BORREGO – CONSERVATIVE IDEOLOGUE OF POLITICAL CENTER

Abstract

The article is devoted to the ideas of the XIX century outstanding Spanish journalist and political ideologist Andres Borrego Moreno. His political ideological paradigm (between the liberalism and the liberal conservatism) proposed a looking for «the golden middle» between the freedom and the order, and was situated like a basis for such political parties` activity as general L. O`Donell`s «Liberal Union», A. Canovas del Castillo`s «Liberal-Conservative Party» and J.M. Aznar`s «People Party».
