Abstract

On the basis of the results of some empirical researches the article characterizes the estimates of dynamic aspects of labour activity, the proportion of changes in the stability and variability, the estimate were given by generation groups among the number of younger generation. The article also reveals labour orientations of generation groups as compared with other life activities.
