J. DONОSO CORTES AS A POLITICAL JOURNALIST AND THEORIST OF LIBERAL CONSEVATISM

Abstract

The article is devoted to the outstanding Spanish traditionalist of XIX century J. Donoso Cortes` journalist activity. His articles in the diary «Future» («El Porvenir») about political struggle between two Spanish parties («moderates» and «progressionists») in 1837 give us the material not only for local historical analysis, but also for creation of the consistent patterns in the development of political sphere. These patterns are related with some evaluative transformations of the political currents in transition, and with creation of the liberal conservative political ideology.
