COMPETITIVENESS OF HUMAN RESOURCES AS THE FACTOR OF REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (AT THE EXAMPLE OF CHELYABINSK REGION)

Abstract

The article is focused on the analysis of human resources condition in Chelyabinsk region. The problems of the issue are described; the tendencies of regional human resources development are forecasted by the authors. The labor motivation of people are issued, the hierarchy of labor motives are described. Special attention is paid to the problem of quality of labor resources at the context of economic development of the region.
