Abstract

The article is devoted to the important period of history of the state and confessional relations in the USSR, when the state gradually refuses intervention in affairs of religious communities and prerequisites of realization of religious freedoms. The article is based on the materials of the archives of Arkhangelsk and Vologda regions, and some published sources also.
