Abstract

The role of specialist training of the new format is particularly relevant in light of recent changes in the economy and labor market development. Innovation in practice of companies requires training of specialists ready to administrative activity and able to orient in the trends of the modern economy. The education system in response to the current changes offers new approaches to new format training. Classical approaches become secondary educational technologies and are replaced by approaches focused on the innovative potential of the business.
