Abstract

The article deals with the analysis of principles of correlation between confidential relationship and norms of social control in the practice of economic agent activity. The author gives the classification of the main types of correlation (replacing, complementing, and dialectical unity). The author considers peculiarities of dialectical approach to integrating confidential relationship and social control in the practice of economic exchange. The author makes a conclusion about possible ways of realizing power of economic agents in corporate and intercompany correlations.
