REFLEXIVE MECHANISM OF MAKING DECISIONS AS A PHILOSOPHIC CONCEPT OF METATHEORY OF MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Postnonclassical theory of reflexive management by V. Lefebvre coming into existence as a native alternative of cybernetics of the 2d order by Heinz von Foerster and being a metatheory includes philosophic background for further conceptualization. Reflexive mechanism of making decisions generating social synergy becomes a sense bearing model on the worldview level. It can be presented with the categories of “aim”, “means”, “result” bilaterally linked into a triangle.
