INSTITUTIONAL ANALYSIS OF SOCIAL LABOR RELATIONS IN AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF THE REGION

Abstract

The article analyzes the main institutions of the system of social labor relations in agricultural sector of economy of Sverdlovsk region: employment, salary forming, and social security system. The authors point out peculiarities of agricultural social labor relations and consider particular parameters of their dynamic development during the period of ten years, decreasing of dynamic figures (raise of the wages, expenditures on housing construction) in spite of increasing financing in particular. The authors pay attention to increasing of impacts on regional budget in the light of social financing and developing the system of social labor relations on the territory. The article reveals multi-level character and peculiarities of the system of social labor relations of regional agro-industrial complex. The authors show different approaches to solving the problem of strengthening institutional basis of the system of social labor relations in the context of increasing risks, instability and uncertainty in the world and native economics.
