Abstract

The article discusses possibilities of studying social administration systems in terms of analytical and gaming structuring of social processes based on competition and pursuit of common goals of the competing parties. Comparison of rational and consecutive, and intuitive and gaming choices of efficient strategies to optimize targeted social behavior is implemented.
