PECULIARITIES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF THE STATE DIPLOMATIC SERVICE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

The author makes an attempt to determine the place of the state diplomatic service in the system of the Russian law. Carrying out a systematic analysis of the legal rules regulating the diplomatic service, the author proposes to consider this type of service outside the state civil service. The study focuses on the incorrect terminology and inconsistencies in the existing legislation.
