SOCIAL ASPECTS OF THE EDUCATION REFORM IN CONTEMPORARY RUSSIA (2009-2010)

Abstract

The article examines the processes of payment schemes reforms in institutions of education and culture. The analysis of publications and analytical reflections made it possible to identify the main issues of the transition to a new payment scheme, to raise the question of the elaboration of the teachers' work efficiency criteria, to conclude that the issues related to per capita funding have poor information coverage. In the conclusion, the first results of the introduction of the new payment scheme in the Sverdlovsk region are exposed.
