Abstract

The study analyzed the interaction of cities' legislatures with heads of local government in major Russian cities: Perm, Omsk and Yekaterinburg. Political scenarios and features of interaction models in political practice of large cities were analyzed on the basis of interviews with representatives of local government and experts.
