Abstract

The work contains the results of social surveys conducted in 2004, 2010 in the Far-East Federal District. A comparative analysis of the following Russian power-wielding structures is conducted: Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Security Service, Emergencies Ministry, Prosecutor General's Office, Federal Service for Execution of Punishment, Ministry of Defence, Federal Customs Service.
