PECULIARITIES OF THE PREVENTION OF CRIMES ASSOCIATED WITH ILLEGAL DRUG AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES DISPENSING IN INSTITUTIONS OF CONFINEMENT

Abstract

The article is devoted to one of the acute state issues, related to aggravation of drug-abuse situation in penal institutions. Drug and psychotropic substances consumption in institutions of confinement as a separate mini-society contributes to a certain extent to their criminality and negative impact on all citizens of the country, hence the importance and the need for preventive measures specific to the correctional institution.
