Abstract

On the basis of the collected material and the findings of socio-economic study of the labor market of the south Tyumen region, this paper identifies the need for manpower in the main economic activities, industries and professions for 2012-2013. The economic behavior of employers in the region is studied from the perspective of the presented demand for labor. The prospects of attracting foreign labor to the enterprises of the south Tyumen region according to segments of the labor market are defined.
