Abstract

The article dwells on the acute issue of interaction between the state and a person, which is based on their mutual responsibility. While studying the theoretical legal model of this principle, distinguishing between and unfolding its structural elements, the author comes to the conclusion that it is of special importance for balancing the interests of society and state, achieving harmony between freedom and legal order.
