Abstract

The paper reviews the concept of procedure and non-procedure forms of cooperation of investigator and internal affairs bodies during a preliminary investigation. Drawing on analysis of the regulations of Criminal and Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, the paper reviews characteristics of procedure forms of cooperation between investigator and internal affairs bodies.
