SPECIFIC OPERATIONAL FEATURES OF REGIONAL DEPARTMENTS OF POLITICAL PARTIES DURING FEDERAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN (CASE EXPAMPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KHAKASSIA)

Abstract

The paper provides analysis of the means employed in creating regional party list proportional representations of the pan-Russian political parties during Federal Election Campaign. The author overviews general provisions along with specifications occurred during the year of 2007. In particular, the paper focuses on creation of lists for a group of constituent entities of the Federation including their personnel: regional and quantitative. It also defines the aims of the pan-Russian departments of political parties in generating regional-specific lists.
