PROFESSION OF JUDGE AND LAWYER IN MODERN REALITY

Abstract

The paper provides a review of reconstruction of the image of lawyer as created by social and cultural reality, i.e. norms, values, traditions and national culture. Diversification of this image is supported by personal education, motivation to acquire a position of a lawyer, as well as by governmental concerns, etc.
