DEVELOPMENT OF SERVICE FOR SOCIAL SUPPORT OF PENSIONERS AND DISABLED PERSONS IN URAL BASED ON COMPLEX SOCIAL SERVICES CENTERS IN LIBERAL SYSTEM REFORM

Abstract

The paper provides analysis of dynamics of social service for the elderly and disabled people in Russian constituent entities in Ural region during 2000-2010; the analysis lays on official materials of governmental statistics. the author a conclusion that social service in Russia and the region has had two developmental stages. Up to 2005, an increase in quantitative indexes was evident. After 2006, the reversal is true.
