Abstract

The paper provides on overview of issues in study of contemporary parliamentarism. The author shows that analysis of developmental features of parliamentarism needs a combination of legal and political science approach. The author further defines analysis levels to determine a complex nature of parliamentarism with a focus on interactive level of analysis and parliament culture as its component.
