Abstract

The article is devoted to the legal analysis of the genesis of regulatory purchase control relying on the historical and international experience. The author makes conclusions about the rightful premises of a federal purchasing system in the Russian Federation on the basis of the given analysis of the genesis of regulatory purchase.
