Abstract

The article discusses the relevance and necessity of the development of social infrastructure in the regions as a factor determining the acceptable quality of life for the population. Argumentative nature of the article allows the author to provide the views of various professionals involved in this problem, and propose her own approaches to the development of ways in which social structure of the region can be developed.
