IDEOLOGY OF POLITICAL EXTREMISM

Abstract

The article considers peculiarities of the ideology of political extremism in contemporary Russia. The carried out analysis allows to assert, that political ideology, being a basis of extremist activity, manipulates mass consciousness to achieve certain political aims. The use of political ideology by extremist organizations allows them to provide grounds for various illegitimate ways of struggle that serves a serious threat for the Russian civil society.
