METHODOLOGY OF GEOGRAPHIC NETWORK APPROACH IN STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF METALLURGICAL CORPORATION DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

On the basis of the analysis of metallurgical branch and acute problems of large metallurgical corporations’ management an author’s methodology of analysis of options for strategic development of large enterprises in new territories was developed. The article presents conceptual bases of applying the geographic network approach for the solution of the specified task, and also a technique of assessment of potential places for dislocation of production.
