ON THE NATURE OF MORALITY AND THE ROLE OF LAW IN ITS FORMATION

Abstract

The author criticizes a number of almost standard propositions about the nature of connection between morality and law and considers their relation from positions of Schopenhauer’s concept of morality which he supports, and own understanding of the nature of law.
