SOCIAL FUNCTIONS OF SECONDARY PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION: MAIN TENDENCIES OF DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

In this article the main functions of secondary professional education are considered. It is proved that social functions acquired special significance in the last decades. However, today the state and society put before secondary professional education a problem of backlog overcoming in structure, volumes and quality of preparation of skilled workers and experts of an average link from requirements of the enterprises of various branches of new economy.
