DIALOGUE OF ACTORS OF POLITICAL COMMUNICATION AS A PROCESS OF NEGOTIATION: LINGUISTIC AND POLITICAL ASPECT

Abstract

This article describes the process of similarity of the transformation of the concept of “dialogue” and its acquisition of the new meaning of “negotiations”. In connection with this the dialogue between the state and civil society in Russia today is beginning to be seen as a negotiation process. At the same time, there are not only similarities, but also differences between the two concepts.
