Abstract

The article is devoted to clarification of the notional characteristics of the two categories. We reveal and examine various levels of cross-cultural interaction between the Russian and Bashkir contacts in the South Urals cultural environment. Special attention is paid to the problems of stereotypical perception of one culture by the other.
