THE LEGAL BASIS OF AGRICULTURAL MIGRATION POLICY IN THE TERRITORY OF THE RSFSR (THE MIDDLE OF 40S – 80S OF THE 20TH CENTURY)

Abstract

In this article the evolution of normative legislation basis, regulating the voluntary agricultural migration in the RSFSR in the post-war period, is analyzed based on the wide circle of sources. This approach allows to determine the changes of the state model of planned re-distribution of labour resources between the so called “land-deprived” and “land-abundant” regions, on the one hand, and between a town and a village within the borders of an administrative territory unit, on the other.
