SOCIAL IDEAL AS THE REFLECTION OF CONTRADICTIONS OF BOLSHEVIC MODERNIZATION OF RUSSIA STATEHOOD

Abstract

The aim of the article is to show that internal and external contradictions during the construction of the Soviet society held the tendency to transform communist ideology into a religious doctrine, to sanctify the party and its leaders like church, on the one hand; on the other hand, they caused the growing disillusionment because of the fact that communism, in the name of which the society made so many sacrifices and suffered so much, was turning into something unachievable.
