Abstract

The factors that define formation of labor values of industrial workers from 18 to 30 years old are examined in the article. The main factors encouraging school graduates to become workers are stated: family, school, personal tendencies. The process of increasing the value of work as a result of mentoring, and professional development is reviewed. The reasons of decreasing the value of work of some of young workers are emphasized.
