Abstract

The article gives an analysis of deputies’ requests in the order of abstract normative control in all 18 constitutional (statutory) courts of the Russian Federation. It also explains the idea of necessary regulatory consolidation of deputies’ individual right to appeal to the regional institutional body of constitutional justice.
