Abstract

The author determines three trends of developing ombudsmen promoting business rights protection on the basis of analysis of their legal status. The first one is differentiation of competence of ombudsmen promoting business rights protection. The second one is the approach of ombudsmen promoting business rights protection to the alternative dispute resolution schemes. The third one is involving the publicity in the activity of these ombudsmen.
