SOCIAL EVALUATIONS OF HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION REFORMATION: INDICATORS OF MEASUREMENT

Abstract

In this article a variety of problems appearing during the reforming process is shown. It is also proved that social evaluations of content, forms and methods of this process could be an important factor of efficiency of higher professional education reformation. These evaluations come from direct participants of this process: students, teachers, administration. On the ground of exposed problems the system of indicators for measuring social evaluations of reforms is proposed.
