Abstract

In the article the necessity of record keeping of the period of stay in an appropriate military, special rank, class and diplomatic rank is motivated when moving (entering) from one kind of state service to another. The need of correlation between military special ranks, classes, diplomatic ranks with the requirements to different state services is explained.
