INFORMATIONAL AND PROJECT POLICY CONCEPT

Abstract

The article presents the analysis of different approaches to the concept of policy in foreign and Russian sociology and politology. Hence an informational policy concept was created, where policy is regarded as a project of state authority arrangement and functioning. The elements of this political project are norm, standards, programmes, evaluations. The heuristic potential of project policy interpretation is discovered. Basic conditions of policy are outlined: subjects, political relations, types of political activity, political practice.
