FEATURES AND DISCOURSE OF RUSSIAN NEOLIBERALISM: THE ESTABLISHMENT OF "HYBRID" MODEL

Abstract

On the basis of discourse analysis the article examines the features of Russian neoliberal model. A hypothesis about its hybrid nature as its main feature, which is the adaptation potential of the doctrine to the conditions of political reality, allowing it to take a symbiotic form, is made. Hybridity of Russian neoliberalism is both the reason and the result of double interpretation of values through the lense of “social justice” by people. The dual nature of neoliberalism is also shown in the controversial policy by power institutions.
