POLITICAL ELITE AS A SOCIAL BASIS OF THE SUBJECTS OF MANIPULATING

Abstract

Political elite is considered to be the social basis for political manipulating and is heterogeneal. There are three groups: elected by people – deputies, nominated by Government – civil servants and business elite, each of them being different in its manipulative strategies, means and ways of manipulating and purposes.
