DRAFT SOLUTIONS OF URAL-KUZNETSK PROBLEM OF 1919-1920 IN NATIONAL (RUSSIAN) HISTORIOGRAPHY

Abstract

The article is the first to cover such an important issue as theoretical problems of researching Ural-Kuznetsk industrial complex as exemplified in materials in 1919-1920. It gives a complex analysis of the state of study of the problem in the Russian historiography. The author highlights some principal approaches, which made viewpoints of economists and historians of those times related to the realization of a new mega project different. It also shows the main aspects of fierce dispute about methods and approaches to realizing the project of founding the second coal metallurgical base in the east of the country. The dispute took place among scientists of those times.
