RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS OF THE FIRST LETTERS OF PRESIDENT VLADIMIR PUTIN TO THE FEDERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN THE MAZE OF "CHALLENGES" AND "THREATS"

Abstract

The paper analyzes the texts of the first eight letters of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly, to which he addressed in 2000-2007. The author drew attention to the practice of using such concepts as “challenges” and “threats” in the texts; revealed the dominant, system forming ideas of these letters, found a significant set of “private plots.”
