DEVELOPMENT OF A COORDINATIVE MECHANISM OF INTERACTION BETWEEN STATE AUTHORITIES AND PUBLIC WHILE REGULATING THE CRISIS PHENOMENA (SITUATIONS) OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CHARACTER

Abstract

The analysis of the basic theoretical concepts of terms of cooperation and social dialogue between the government and the public is carried out. The author gives his definition of terms of social dialogue from a perspective of public administration in the sphere of regulating crisis phenomena (situations). Theoretical positions of the coordinative mechanism of interaction between the government and the public while regulating the crisis phenomena (situations) of social and economic character are proved and the corresponding block diagram of the mechanism is presented.
