"THE STONE INTERNET": ABOUT THE METHODOLOGY OF PHILOSOPHICAL DISCOURSE IN THE LIGHT OF NEGATIVE FUTUROLOGY

Abstract

The article is devoted to the methodology of philosophical discourse in the context of «negative futurology». Negative futurology, to counterbalance positive futurology, refuses use of extrapolation as a main method of study of the future. The future, from the point of view of negative futurology, can not be studied by instruments of existing knowledge. Negative futurology considers our contemporary epoch not as the epoch of «post-» but as «pre-» something. From this point of view our epoch is the first epoch, the epoch of «the Stone Internet», on the way towards the epoch of «the Gold Internet».
