Abstract

The article presents the analysis of Russian legislative system, regulating labor protection. The authors study main components of the system, which have positive effect for its development, and trace correlation of the labor protection regulation with foreign legislative system. It is justified necessity to change some constructions of Russian Constitution and in labor legislation.
