Abstract

The author revealed impact of the Eurasian Economic Community and Customs Union on cross-border cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan at the present stage in such areas as the strengthening of industrial cooperation, increase of investment appeal of regions, innovations. The most significant effects of this influence in trade and economic relations between the two countries, the institutional environment, the use of labor resources are analyzed.
