Abstract

The article presents main problems of hotel industry in Kazakhstan and global trendsin this sphere. The authors try to find outstrategic directions of the hotel industry development in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The analysis which was made led to the conclusion of full reorientation of hotelsand constant continuous improvementof their work taking into account market demands.
