Abstract

Understanding as the main task of hermeneutics cannot be solved without dialectic approach. Understanding is not only penetration into understandable in a strange, but strange in the clear. In example of such traditional symbols of the state as anthems it is shown the extensibility mechanisms of known through the analysis of hidden meanings and their influence on the political fate of nations.
