Abstract

The article deals with the political processes in Chelyabinsk region in 2014. Governor’s elections in Chelyabinsk region is analyzed in the article and municipal elections of new format in Chelyabinsk. Causes and possible effect of changing administrative mechanisms of municipal and regional levels are described by the author. The dynamic of trust and distrust of people to regional authorities is considered in the article.
