Abstract

The article deals with the issues of social and economic development of a region in changing environmental conditions. On the basis of retrospective analysis of dynamic of social and economic indicators the assessment of their growth rate and balance, and points of trends deformations are allocated. It lets the authors assess possibility of disproportions appearance and lose of stability in regional development, justify the necessity of form the requirements to actions for correction development programs.
